Sadia is a company that follows a creed based on respect for nature/land, to human beings and improvement of technology. Its founder has adopted these precepts and transmitted to his fellow workers.
With an aim to amplify and develop this concept, Sadia presents this instrument of Quality Policy, in order to convey knowledge to its employees and to the community.
Our corporate conduct is based on the following commitment:

The Quality Policy is published to all company levels, with the aim to have its contents understood and respected by all associates.
In line with the Codex Alimentarius, the Sadia Policy on Food Quality and Safety entails processes that go from the production of raw materials to the disposal of residues. These Programs, on Food Quality and Safety, are developed and coordinated by the Quality Assurance Management, and this area is responsible for training the people from the production plants.
In support of the Policy on Food Quality and Safety, Sadia has elaborated the Code of Good Practices for Suppliers, with hygiene and sanitary pre-requirements to be observed in the production of raw materials, packaging and finished products that are supplied to Sadia.
The QA Sadia program covers the following :
- Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Traceability System - Control of Product Nutritional Values and Labeling - System of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) - Recall System - Monitoring of Chemical Contaminants - Monitoring of Pathogenic Microrganisms
